The July Program (MACBETH)

  • TUITION: $950
  • AGES: 9-15
  • DATES: Thursday June 27th thru Wednesday July 24th
  • TIMES: 9am-3pm
  • PERFORMANCES: Thursday July 25th - Sunday July 28th (Note July 4th is a holiday.)

The August Program (KING LEAR)

  • TUITION: $950
  • AGES: 9-15
  • DATES: Thursday August 1st thru Wednesday August 28th TIMES: 9am-3pm
  • PERFORMANCES: Thursday August 29th -Sunday Sept 1st

The Teen Intensive (RICHARD III)

  • TUITION: $950
  • AGES: 15 to 18
  • DATES: Monday July 8th thru Wednesday July 31st,
  • TIMES: 9am-3pm
  • PERFORMANCES: August 1-4th & August 7th-10th. (There will be no shows on August 5th or 6th.)


  • TUITION: $500
  • AGES: 5-8
  • DATES: Monday August 12th thru Friday August 23rd
  • TIMES: 9am-2pm
  • PERFORMANCE: Friday August 23rd at 6pm.

Your full tuition and completed 2013 Medical Form must reach us by April 30, 2013. Final payments arriving after April 30th will incur a $25 late fee. Failure to pay in full by April 30th may also jeopardize your enrollment. Rebel Shakespeare reserves the right to cancel your registration if your payment is not received by the required date. The initial deposit of $250 is non-refundable.

NOTE: We are no longer able to arrange deferred payments for any families. All tuition MUST be paid in full before the start of our summer season, or the spot will be re-allocated. All tuition-related concerns must be directed to our Summer Business Manager, Caroline Nye. Please do not contact Director Keri Cahill for any tuition-related questions.

Tuition for July, August and Teen Intensive sessions is $950.00. Shakespearience tuition is $500 for two weeks. A non-refundable deposit of $250 is due with your registration. Please complete the registration form and send it with full tuition or the deposit to: Rebel Shakespeare Company, P.O. Box 847, Salem, MA 01970. Full payment must be received by April 30, 2013. Students are not considered fully enrolled in the program until a completed registration form, health form and the full tuition are received. (Enrollment over the phone cannot be accepted).

 The initial $250 deposit is non-refundable. A refund of the remaining tuition of $700 is available if participant notifies Rebel Shakespeare Company in writing more than eight full weeks before the start date of the summer programs (June 27th). A 50% refund of the remaining tuition of $700 is available if participant notifies Rebel Shakespeare Company in writing more than four full weeks before the start date of the summer programs (June 27th). No refund is available after May 30th, 2013.

Any change in enrollment (i.e. switching sessions) is subject to an additional $25 fee.

In the past, Rebel Shakespeare Company has offered a limited number of partial scholarships to qualifying students. This year, we have already allocated all scholarship funds to current students with demonstrated need. If you are in need of financial assistance, we recommend contacting local aid organizations as soon as possible. Past students have received aid from: Knights of Columbus, Salem Rotary, Marblehead Female Humane Society, The Salvation Army, Marblehead Counseling Center, Health and Education Services, Marblehead Public Schools, churches, temples and other charitable organizations.
